To provide reliable doorstep laundry collection, computerized washing, and scheduled home delivery, we collect the following categories of information:

• Contact Information: Full name, telephone/mobile number, email address, and WhatsApp contact handle.
• Doorstep Logistics Details: Complete residential/office address, apartment or society name, street landmark, city, and 6-digit postal PIN code.
• Order & Service Preferences: Preferred pickup and delivery time windows, garment categories (Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, Dry Clean), special detergent instructions, and past order records.
• Transaction Details: Payment transaction reference numbers, advance booking receipts, and payment method indicators (e.g., UPI, credit card provider). Note: Sensitive payment card details and banking passwords are never stored on our servers; they are processed entirely through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (Razorpay).

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We use your personal data strictly for legitimate operational requirements:

• Dispatching verified pickup riders to your doorstep with digital hanging scales.
• Sorting, processing, and tagging garments according to fabric specifications.
• Sending transactional order receipts, pickup confirmations, and live status notifications via WhatsApp and SMS.
• Processing ₹50 advance reservation credits, final order invoicing, and approved payment refunds.
• Administering our 48-hour re-wash guarantee and resolving customer support inquiries.

4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We enforce a strict non-disclosure principle: we never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with trusted operational intermediaries:

• Assigned Logistics Fleet: Provided strictly with recipient name, delivery address, and contact number solely to execute physical collection and drop-off.
• Payment Gateways (Razorpay / Banking Partners): Authorized financial networks for processing online transactions and refunds on behalf of STAGE-X.
• Legal & Law Enforcement Bodies: Only when strictly mandated by court order or applicable Indian law.

5. Security Safeguards & Data Retention

All website communications are protected by end-to-end 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Access to customer data is role-restricted and monitored. Personal transaction records are retained only for the duration required to fulfill legal, tax, and audit obligations under Indian law.
