By accessing our website, booking a doorstep laundry pickup, paying an advance reservation fee, or utilizing any of our garment care services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all associated policies published herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
STAGE-X operates laundary.online and sells the laundry services shown on this website. The services are carried out by independent partner laundries selected by us. STAGE-X is your point of contact for bookings, payments, complaints, damage claims and refunds. Partner laundries do not collect payment from you directly.
The ₹50 paid online at the time of booking is a non-refundable platform fee. Once the booking is confirmed, this fee will not be refunded, whether the pickup is cancelled, rescheduled or missed.
Laundry and dry-clean charges are calculated after pickup as per the rate card and are separate from this fee. Secure payments are processed by STAGE-X via Razorpay.
When our logistics rider arrives at your doorstep, all laundry items are weighed in your presence using a calibrated digital hanging scale:
A digital order receipt is instantly generated and sent to you via SMS/WhatsApp. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final amount payable – no GST is added. Pickup and delivery are free; a ₹50 slot advance is adjusted in your bill.
Payment Notice: All service charges are paid online directly to STAGE-X via secure payment links. Please do not pay riders directly in cash unless cash-on-delivery is explicitly designated on your order invoice.
The ₹50 booking platform fee is non-refundable upon confirmation. Laundry and dry-clean service charges are determined following doorstep weighment and inspection, and are separate from the platform fee. For complete details, refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for checking all pockets prior to handing over clothes. STAGE-X and laundry.online accept no liability for loss of cash, jewelry, cards, pens, or keys left inside garment pockets. Any hazardous items (such as lighters, needles, or sharp objects) found during intake inspection will be removed.
Customers must inform the rider of any bleeding fabrics, loose buttons, pre-existing tears, or delicate designer handwork requiring specialized dry-clean-only handling.
We stand behind the quality of our fabric care with a 48-Hour Quality Guarantee. If a removable stain remains or ironing is unsatisfactory, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-process the item free of charge.
In the rare event of damage or loss verified to have occurred during processing or transit, compensation shall be settled up to ten times (10x) the cleaning charge for that specific item or its fair depreciated market value, in accordance with standard garment industry practices.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with laundry.online services or STAGE-X shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
